Purpose of Badges

The badge system enables clients to quickly recognize top-performing cleaners and hire them confidently. Service providers benefit by displaying their strengths and accomplishments. Badges are earned over time and factor in qualities such as job performance, job quality, and other accomplishments like re-hire rate.

How Badges Work

Providers earn badges by meeting specific requirements over a 90-day period. Most badges recalculate every 90 days to ensure accuracy, allowing providers to improve performance and earn new badges over time.

The Six Badge Types

1. Loved — Requested by the same client at least 5 times
2. Fast Responder — Responds to requests in under 2 hours
3. Punctual — Starts jobs within 15 minutes of scheduled time and arrives at correct locations
4. Checklist Champion — Completed at least 3 jobs perfectly with all tasks checked and required photos taken
5. Experienced — Completed at least 5 jobs perfectly with all requirements met
6. Properly 101 — Completed Properly’s in-house orientation program

Viewing Service Provider Profiles

Property Managers and Owners:

• Mobile: Open app, go to Contacts tab, select provider
• Desktop: Select Contacts tab, then select provider profile

Service Providers:

• Open app, go to Settings tab, select Preview Profile, then Badges
