Properly introduces mobile calendar filters enabling property managers to gain quick visibility into jobs, bookings, and operational data while managing properties on the go.

Key Features

Date Range Filtering

Users select start and end dates on the calendar. An orange highlight indicates a closed date range. Selecting only a start date shows all future activity. To filter a single day, users must select that date and close it with the following day.

Property Filtering

Managers can search by city, property name, or region to include specific properties in filtered searches.

Service Provider Filtering

This allows filtering activity by specific service providers. Note that data unassociated with providers (jobs and bookings) remains included by default even with provider-specific filters applied.

Category Filtering

Results can be filtered across three event subcategories:

  • Jobs (by status: accepted, in progress, delayed, finished, canceled, declined)
  • To-Dos (customized property reminders showing unscheduled tasks)
  • Bookings (upcoming check-ins and check-outs)

Practical Applications

The feature supports workflow coordination. For example, you could set a filter to see all of the jobs in progress today, or filter specific cleaner schedules across varying time periods.

Implementation

Filters apply only within the Calendar’s “All” tab. Users access the filter icon to build custom search parameters before applying results.
