Overview
Properly has introduced a reporting feature that enables property managers and short-term rental operators to generate and export detailed reports for improved business operations. The tool helps users organize changeover activities from beginning to end.

Creating a Report: Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Add Report Title
Enter a descriptive name for your report.
Step 2: Set Date Range
Open the calendar picker and select the Custom tab. Navigate to your desired start date, then navigate to your desired end date. Selected dates appear highlighted in orange.
Step 3: Filter by Service Provider
Click the Service Provider dropdown on the right. Search for and select the desired provider. Close the dropdown by clicking outside the menu.
Step 4: Select Status
Open the Status dropdown menu on the left. Choose “Accepted” to include only completed jobs. Note: Omitting status selection will include Canceled and Pending jobs.
Step 5: Save Report
Preserve your filter selections to avoid losing your configuration.
Step 6 (Optional): Customize Columns
Use the Column Selector dropdown to choose which data fields appear in your report.
Step 7: Export
Click the Export button and select your preferred CSV format.
Safari Note: Users may need to check their Downloads folder and verify the filename if the save dialog doesn’t appear.
Report Features
All reports are printable and straightforward to generate. Access reports via the Reports tab at the top of your dashboard.
