How to Add Your Property on Properly

Overview

To create visual checklists and jobs, you first need to establish a Property — the physical location with all accompanying listing details.

The Airbnb integration automatically imports approximately 60% of your property information, though you can also manually input all details. Property information persists, so you won’t need to re-enter it for each new job.

Getting Started: Properties Tab

1. Locate and tap the (+) symbol
2. Add a featured property photo following on-screen directions
3. Enter the address and tap Save
4. Select property type, number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms, then tap Save

The Property Profile Summary displays Jobs, Property Details, Photos, and Address sections.

Property Details Section

Access the Property Details area to provide essential information for service professionals completing jobs at your location.

1. Tap Property Details
2. Select Edit to compose your information
3. Tap Save when finished

Note: Details remain permanent across all associated jobs. If edited after sending a job to a contact, the contact cannot view changes — you must cancel and resend the job.

Required Details Include

• Access: Explain entry methods, lockbox locations, codes, and any complex access procedures
• Garbage: Specify bin locations and any special disposal instructions
• Parking: Indicate available parking or note if none exists
• WiFi: Provide connection instructions so professionals can access the app
• Important Information: Add notes applicable to all jobs for this property, such as security reminders

Adding Property Photos

From your Property’s main page, navigate to the Photos section.

If connected via Airbnb, all listing photos automatically sync. You can always add additional photos manually.

1. Tap the (+) symbol
2. Choose “Take a photo” or “Choose an existing photo” from your device
3. Import all photos needed for your visual checklist
4. Delete unwanted photos by tapping the pencil icon and selecting items to remove

Final Result

Once completed, you can create unlimited jobs corresponding to this property — including quick turnovers, deep cleans, and guest-to-owner transitions, all under one listing.
