Introducing the New Mobile Calendar

Properly Team

Properly announces a redesigned mobile calendar with a new To-Do list system, four-tab design, and intelligent booking tracking for property managers on the go.

The To-Do List

The system automatically creates task reminders for each booking. As one user expressed: “Nothing gives me more peace of mind than to clear my To-Dos — looking at an empty To-Do list is the ultimate peace of mind.”

Users can either schedule jobs or ignore reminders using a simple tap interface.

The Four-Tab Design

  • To-Do: Shows new bookings and required actions
  • Pending: Displays job acceptance status from service providers
  • Calendar: Contains all records and allows manual job scheduling
  • History: Archives of all past activities

Intelligent Tracking

The system monitors booking changes and automatically updates associated tasks:

  • When bookings are modified, corresponding To-Dos reappear
  • Canceled service provider jobs trigger new reminders
  • Declined jobs prompt users to contact additional providers

Pending Tab Functionality

This tab tracks whether jobs have been accepted and displays when service providers have viewed assignments. If jobs remain unaccepted after 24 hours, a reminder button appears.

Upcoming Features

The development roadmap includes:

  • Task Editor: Automate recurring reminders by property
  • Pre-fill Settings: Configure default checklists and timing by event type
  • Web App Integration: Extend To-Do functionality to desktop
  • Advanced Notifications: Alert users about booking changes and pending jobs

Successful users follow this pattern: use the web app for checklist creation and weekly non-urgent scheduling, while handling time-sensitive tasks through the mobile app.
