Properly Integrates with BookingSync Property Management System

Properly has partnered with BookingSync to create a comprehensive changeover management solution for vacation rental owners and managers. The integration allows BookingSync customers to leverage Properly’s platform for managing all bookings — both direct reservations and third-party channel bookings.

Partnership Rationale

The collaboration emerged from a meeting between Properly representatives and BookingSync founder/CEO Sebastien Grosjean at the Vacation Rental World Summit. Both companies share aligned missions: BookingSync aims to “make the lives of vacation rental owners, managers and agencies easier,” which mirrors Properly’s central objective.

Key Integration Features

Through this partnership, the following data syncs from BookingSync to Properly:

• Reservation information
• Property details
• Listing photographs

This enables users to create turnover checklists using actual listing images and schedule property turnovers from consolidated bookings across Airbnb, VRBO/HomeAway, and direct reservations.

Connection Instructions

Users must access the system from a computer (not mobile) to establish the connection. The process involves:

1. Disconnecting existing Airbnb/VRBO accounts from Properly to prevent duplicate bookings
2. Navigating to Connected Accounts in the Profile dropdown
3. Selecting and authorizing BookingSync
4. Merging any duplicate properties

Important note: All existing properties, checklists, and job history remain preserved during disconnection.
