Introducing a Brand New Look on Mobile

Overview

Properly recently launched a streamlined web application enabling property owners and managers to schedule changeover services through a unified calendar consolidating bookings from multiple platforms. The design now extends to mobile platforms for seamless web-to-mobile transitions.

Calendar Tab

An integrated calendar provides centralized access to bookings, service management, and scheduled jobs. Users can:

• View check-ins and check-outs
• Monitor job request statuses (pending, viewed, accepted, canceled, or declined)
• Track active jobs, finished tasks, and delayed work

History Tab

Selecting the History option displays past and completed jobs with status indicators:

• Finished jobs with requested photos available for review
• Completed jobs where problems were reported
• Incomplete jobs with remaining tasks

Property Profile

The property profile consolidates operational control, allowing users to:

• Create and edit checklists
• Access all calendar bookings and jobs
• Manage contact information
• Update property details
