Properly has announced a partnership with Orbirental PMS, enabling vacation rental property managers and home-sharing hosts to streamline turnover operations. Through this integration, users can schedule turnovers directly from their booking calendar while leveraging visual checklist systems.

The integration allows Orbirental customers to:
- Import bookings, properties, and listing photos directly into Properly
- Create turnover checklists using property listing photos
- Schedule turnovers seamlessly from consolidated direct reservations without manual data entry
How to Connect Properly to Orbirental
Step 1: Disconnect Existing Accounts
Navigate to Connected Accounts in your Profile dropdown menu. Click “edit” next to any connected Airbnb or HomeAway accounts and select “Disconnect Account.” Property data, checklists, and job history remain saved.
Step 2: Enable Integration from Orbirental
Go to Orbirental homepage. Select “Integrations” from your profile dropdown menu. Scroll to locate Properly and enable the app. Follow the management console link.
Step 3: Merge Duplicate Properties
Consolidate any duplicate properties created during import.
How to Connect Orbirental to Properly
Step 1: Access Connected Accounts
On mobile: Settings > Connected Accounts. On computer: Profile > Connected Accounts.
Step 2: Add Orbirental Credentials
Find Orbirental and click “Connect.” Enter your Orbirental Agency UID (found on Agency Settings page). Properties, listing photos, and bookings import automatically.
Step 3: Consolidate Duplicates
Merge any duplicate properties as needed.
